Phoenix Opens More Offices In China - 2004-03-08

Phoenix International Freight Services, Ltd. announces the addition of two full service international logistics offices in Guangzhou and Zhongshan, China. These openings bring Phoenix’s global office count to 46, including eight in China and 18 in the Pacific Rim. Guangzhou and Zhongshan are located in the Guangdong Province in the Pearl River Delta region.

“We have found that more and more of our clients are either opening factories in or sourcing materials from the Pearl River Delta region. Our new offices enable us to offer our clients the security of knowing Phoenix is handling their freight from beginning to end”, explains Phoenix’s Managing Director Andy Wang.

“One of our main goals is to be the first forwarder to offer a direct consolidation service from the region to Chicago, Illinois. A challenging task, but we are up to it”, said Wang.
